Burn Cottage (hentet 19. okt. 2026):
Lille vinhus i Central Otago, verdens sydligste vinområde, med fokus på Pinot Noir. Vingården ligger i foden af Pisa Range i et beskyttet, nordøstvendt amfiteater, som Marquis og Dianne Sauvage – landmænd fra Kansas – faldt for på et besøg i begyndelsen af 2000'erne. De købte stedet på auktion i 2002.
