Prophet's Rock (hentet 19. okt. 2026):
Vinhus i Central Otago, grundlagt i slutningen af 1990'erne. Vingårdene blev plantet i 1999 og 2000 på gamle glaciale terrasser i Bendigo. I 2005 kom vinmager Paul Pujol til; han har arbejdet i Marlborough, Oregon og Alsace, hvor han som den første ikke-franskmand var chefvinmager hos Maison Kuentz-Bas. Siden 2009 har huset samarbejdet med François Millet fra Domaine Comte Georges de Vogüé i Bourgogne. Vinene laves med minimal indgriben for at vise vingårdens egenart.
