Shafer Vineyards, tech sheet (hentet 17. okt. 2026): 2019 One Point Five – 83% Cabernet Sauvignon, 12% Merlot, 3% Malbec, 2% Petit Verdot; AVA: Stags Leap District; alkohol 15.3%; fadlagring: 20 months in 100% new French oak barrels (Allier & Tronçais). Vinmarker (producentens tekst, engelsk): Predominately from two estate sites – Shafer’s hillside vineyards that surround the winery and our “Borderline” vineyard located about two miles south. Vækstsæsonen (producentens tekst, engelsk): The long, sunny 2019 summer created a beautiful growing season for our Cabernet Sauvignon. The fruit developed rich color and classic, elegant aromas and flavors.
