Kronos Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon 2007

Corison Winery, trade sheet (hentet 17. okt. 2026): 2007 Corison Kronos Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon. Vintage-note (producentens tekst, engelsk): 2007 was one of those vintages that makes winemaking look easy. The weather was ideal at flowering, yielding a good-sized crop. Perfect, even ripening weather prevailed all season with nary a heat spike in August and September. The 2007 is one of my favorite Kronos Cabernets to date. Spicy aromas integrate with dark, brooding black cherry, boysenberry and cassis fruit. I love the prominent mineral note in the aromas and the signature viscosity and velvety tannins make it lush. All this at moderate alcohol!
