Eden clone grafted onto St. George rootstock. Lagring (producentens tekst, engelsk): Ten months in 25% new French oak barrels. Gæring (producentens tekst, engelsk): The 1.48 tons were split into two of our one-ton tankitos. One of the tankitos was destemmed, the other was left whole cluster. After eight days of cold soak the fermenters were allowed to warm and fermentation began naturally. The fermenters were drained and pressed at dryness and put to barrel straight away.
