Dyrkning (producentens tekst, engelsk): Farmed using certified organic materials and biodynamic methods. Fadlagring (producentens tekst, engelsk): 11 months on fermentation and malolactic lees: 20% new French oak, 65% used French oak, 15% stainless steel brls; racked with light lees to stainless steel tanks for an additional 5 months before bottling.
