The Journeyman 2015

Boekenhoutskloof, fact sheet (hentet 18. okt. 2026): 2015 Boekenhoutskloof The Journeyman – område: Franschhoek; druer: Cabernet Franc, Merlot; alkohol 14.7%. Producentens noter (engelsk): Over time, Boekenhoutskloof has established that Cabernet Franc is the cultivar best suited to the terroir of our property in the furthest corner of the beautiful Franschhoek valley, with three top-performing blocks having been planted in 1994 and 1995. The remainder of the grapes comes from a 23-year old Merlot block, also on Boekenhoutskloof. The 2015 blend was made up from 4 ½ barrels Cabernet Franc & ½ barrel Merlot, matured-for 27 months in Chateaux barriques.
