The Prospector Syrah 2023

Producentens noter (engelsk): Winemaking: Fermentation was done between 26-28°C. Malolactic fermentation was completed in older 225L French oak barrels where the wine was matured for a total of 16 months. Whole bunches were placed in 400L amphora and went through carbonic maceration which adds depth and complexity to the wine.
