Producentens noter (engelsk): Winemaking: The juice was fermented in a combination of oak barrels, concrete egg, and tank. 36% of the juice was barrel-fermented in 228L 3rd fill French oak barrels; 24% in concrete egg; and 40% was tank fermented to add freshness to the wine. No sulphur was added during the course of vinification and only at final bottling.
