Eden High Density Single Vineyard Chenin Blanc 2024

Raats Family Wines, producentens vinside (hentet 18. okt. 2026): 2024 Raats Family Wines Eden High Density Single Vineyard Chenin Blanc; 100% Chenin Blanc. Producentens noter (engelsk): In the cellar: 20% whole bunch. Spontaneous fermentation after cold soaking took place for an extended period. Very subtle extraction during fermentation, with a light punch through daily. After fermentation, the wine was basket pressed to new French oak, where it remained for 10 months. From there it was racked to a natural French oak barrel, where it rested for another 8 months before the wine was prepared for bottling.
