Troika 2020

Chamonix, producentens vinside (hentet 18. okt. 2026): 2020 Chamonix Troika; alkohol 14.5%. Producentens noter (engelsk): Vinifikation: At harvest the grapes are handpicked and will undergo berry-selection on sorting tables before the whole berries are fermented in stainless steel, wooden fermenters, and concrete tanks for 2-3 weeks. The grapes are pressed and after malolactic fermentation the wine matures for 18 months in 228ℓ French oak barrels with 40% being new oak. The 4 components are kept separated until the final blending prior to bottling. Producentens noter (engelsk): Smagsnote: The Chamonix Troika has a deep ruby-mulberry colour on release, with scents that recall vanilla, sweet ripe cherries, blackberries, and tobacco spices. The wine is well structured; full, round, and smooth on the palate with rich fruit and berry sensations, fine harmony, and length of flavour.
