Cabernet Franc 2020

Chamonix, producentens vinside (hentet 18. okt. 2026): 2020 Chamonix Cabernet Franc; druer: Cabernet Franc; alkohol 14.5%. Producentens noter (engelsk): Vinifikation: At harvest the grapes are handpicked and will undergo berry-selection on sorting tables before the whole berries are fermented in stainless steel and concrete tanks for 2-3 weeks. The grapes are pressed and after malolactic fermentation the wine matures for 18 months in 228ℓ French oak barrels with 25% being new oak. Producentens noter (engelsk): Smagsnote: Intense bouquet with scents reminiscent of Dark fruit, red berries, spice, and cigar box. A wine of ample structure fills the mouth with concentrated fruit and berry sensations.
