Producentens noter (engelsk): Vinifikation: The two blocks are hand harvested separately at optimal ripeness at 21.2B. At the cellar the grapes are sorted and destemmed. The free run juice will run over the skins for colour extraction before fermentation occurs in stainless steel tanks. The two parcels of wine are kept separate on the lees for 3 months up until the final blending prior to bottling. Producentens noter (engelsk): Smagsnote: On release our Dry Pinot Noir shows a rose gold colour, Floral aromas with scents of rose pedals and violets on the palate. It is light bodied with rich fruit sensations balanced by a natural acidity.
