A.A. Badenhorst Family Wines, producentens vinside (hentet 18. okt. 2026): 2026 A.A. Badenhorst Family Wines Secateurs Riviera – område: Swartland; 36% Chenin Blanc, 27% Viognier, 17% Sauvignon Blanc, 14% Hárslevelű, 6% Marsanne. Producentens noter (engelsk): Vineyard/vinification: The grapes are from an old vineyard next to a dry river – so we call it Riviera. The soils are sandy decomposed granite. Grapes are picked when the tannins are ripe and the fruit has turned golden yellow. This is a skin macerated wine which means that, unlike the fermentation takes place on the skins and has the character of this process.
