Producentens noter (engelsk): Vineyard/vinification: 150 km North of our winery this vineyard grows on the West Coast, one of the wildest parts of SA. Old vines stand high above the sandy topsoil with their roots deep in the limestone bedrock. Salty sea winds and mists makes this an utterly unique site. Grapes are pressed whole bunch and juice run off into older vats for fermentation. After 11 months it is bottled in 2 x 500L casks.
