OUR ROSÉ IS FASHIONED IN A CRISP, DRY STYLE, MADE FAMOUS BY THE PROVENCE REGION IN THE SOUTHEAST OF FRANCE. WINEMAKERS NOTE After many years dedicated to crafting full-bodied Pinot Noir, we chose to explore a new expression of this exemplary variety through rosé. The dry 2025 growing season, tempered by cool nights, produced fruit of vibrancy, fragrance and balance, perfectly suited to this elegant style. Select parcels of Pinot Noir were wild-fermented in seasoned French barriques to build texture and depth. Inspired by the great rosés of Provence, the wine displays a delicate, light copper hue. The palate is crisp and refreshing, with bright natural acidity and a finely balanced finish — a graceful and refined rosé, ideal for summer celebrations or relaxed afternoons in the sun. TASTING Made from 100% Pinot Noir, the wine bursts with aromas of red berries, fresh watermelon, and toffee, lifted by a delicate floral perfume and a crunchy freshness. The palate is pure summer in a glass — juicy berries and cream on lees have added subtle mouthfeel and texture, giving the wine depth beneath its refreshing vibrancy. Stelvin Screw Cap balanced by crisp acidity and a long, dry finish. Barrel fermentation and time Crafted to be enjoyed young, this rosé is perfect for a warm spring or summer evening — utterly refreshing and effortlessly moreish.
