Estate Pinot Noir 2025

Producentens noter (engelsk): Estate Pinot Noir ’25 was harvested between 25 and 26 February 2025 from Te Mata Estate’s own Woodthorpe Terraces vineyard in the upper Dartmoor Valley. The individual lots were each destemmed, cold soaked followed by a traditional plunged fermentation. The resulting wines underwent extended maceration on skins before pressing. The separate wines were then run to a mixture of new and seasoned French oak barriques for 11 months’ maturation.
