Producentens noter (engelsk): Riesling 2018 A rich, aromatic, dry Riesling with exotic citrus, floral and honeysuckle flavours. Bright pale straw colour with slight green hues, lighter on the rim. Medium-dry to taste and medium-bodied, the palate has an elegant heart with flavours of lime fruit entwined with white floral detail, hints of honeysuckle and musk, with suggestions of herbs and minerals. The mouthfeel is refreshing and lively, and the wine flows along a fine, phenolic-textured line with good energy to a dry, lingering finish. This is a soft and detailed off-dry Riesling with lime and floral fruit with honey and musk notes on a fine-textured, refreshing palate. Fruit with approx. 5% botrytis, from the ‘Om Santi’ and ‘Palliser’ vineyards, coolfermented to 11.3% alc. and 6.6 g/L RS, TA 7.8 g/L and pH 3.01. The nose is softly concentrated with aromas of lime fruit harmoniously melded with white florals and soft musky botrytis notes, unfolding hints of piquant herbs and minerals.
