Producentens noter (engelsk): Estate Rosé 2021 Palliser Estate Rosé 2021 A very pretty, pure and delicate style of Rosé made out of 100% Pinot Noir that will transport you to where it’s always summer. Pale pink, with brilliant clarity. Dry to taste, the fruit is exuberant yet elegant, a classic New World take on the understated pale Southern French style. The earthy complexity of the Pinot Noir appears on the palate briefly, before another wave of summer orchard fruits washes over, ushering in a long, crisp, dry finish 100% Pinot Noir, Clones 115, Abel and 5 from our Pencarrow, Clouston and Pinnacles vineyards. Crushed to press with gentle extraction and fermented to 5.4g/L residual sugar. A portion is fermented in barrel to add complexity. The wine spending 3 months on lees for added texture. . A heady nose of freshly picked strawberry, cherry, raspberry and rose petal.. Great with salmon blinis, antipasto platters and cold cuts of meat, it’ll match with just about anything, with its acid cut-through and generous fruit.
