Deutz (hentet 26. okt. 2026): Tasting notes: The luminous pale pink hue reflects the delicacy of this cuvée. The bouquet opens with crisp red berries (blackcurrant, strawberry, blueberry), enhanced by notes of yellow apple, rhubarb and a hint of violet. On the palate, a tangy, mouth-watering structure, dominated by redcurrant, unfolds to a hint of black pepper to finish – the signature minerality of Aÿ’s Pinot Noirs. A subtle and luminous Champagne rosé. Crafting the cuvée: 100% Grands and Premiers Crus vineyards; Predominantly Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, Pinot Meuniers (depending of the elaboration year); Red wines, produced from the House’s own vineyards; 3 years of cellar ageing
