Deutz (hentet 26. okt. 2026): Tasting notes (Amour de Deutz 2015): The pale, radiant gold hue, reveals exceptionally fine bubbles. The nose captivates with a floral delicacy (hawthorn, acacia, orange blossom) before opening up to sun-kissed notes of yellow fruits, candied citrus, brioche and toasted notes. On the palate, the precise and finely structured attack unfolds with a luminous tension, carried by a full-bodied fruitiness and a lingering finish underscored by a subtle salinity. A radiant wine, both precise and voluptuous, in which purity expresses itself with grace. Crafting the cuvée: 100% Chardonnay; Predominantly Côte des Blancs Grand Cru, a touch of Montagne de Reims Premier Cru; 9 years of cellar ageing
