Hommage à William Deutz Meurtet 2019

Deutz (hentet 26. okt. 2026): Tasting notes (A tribute to William Deutz, Meurtet 2019): The hue is pale gold. The nose, expressive and precise, opens with vibrant red fruits (redcurrant, wild strawberry) before evolving into mirabelle plum, apricot and yellow peach, enhanced by a hint of mango. With aeration, delicate sweet spice notes and a brioche character reminiscent of frangipane emerge. On the palate, the attack is fresh and vibrant, carried by a silky roundness. The characteristic salinity of Aÿ Pinot Noirs carried through to a finish marked by mouth-watering bitters.
