The first nose is intense. The first impression is both tangy and pastry-like. Aromas of brioche, cream and candied fruit, with hints of citron and mandarin. The nose becomes more complex with the arrival of roasted coffee, thyme and iodized notes. This is a nose of great depth and undeniable personality.
