Bewitching symphony between red and black fruits, apple and pear, the result of a marriage inspired by the 3 Champagne grape varieties (25% Chardonnay, 50% Pinot Noir and 25% Meunier) chosen from the Premiers and Grands Crus of the Montagne de Reims. On the palate, the attack is frank with a nice acidity. Its vinosity due to the years of aging brings buttery and brioche notes.
