Mercier (hentet 2. nov. 2026): Mercier Brut Brut cuvée is the most accessible. It reflects the rich flavours, the freshness of the aromas and the intensity of the apple and pear notes. TASTING NOTE Mercier Brut is the very expression of conviviality, authenticity and richness of Mercier Champagnes. COLOUR The cuvée is characterised by its light yellow colour. NOSE The dominant white fruity notes are combined with the distinctive aromas of fresh bread. PALATE Due to the high proportions of Pinot Noir and Meunier in the blend, notes of ripe apple and pear unfold into a deliciously generous and full-bodied finale.
