Notes of yellow fruit reflect its unique, refreshing and thirst-quenching qualities. TASTING NOTE Blanc de Noirs is the Maison’s iconic cuvée. COLOUR The cuvée is characterised by its white gold colour. NOSE The intense olfactory sensation carries notes of redcurrants and fresh blackberries. The aroma is botanical and refreshing. PALATE After an initial creamy sensation that lightly coats the palate, the structure reveals its original profile with refreshing and energetic notes. FOOD & CHAMPAGNE PAIRING STARTER This interpretation of Pinot Noir and Meunier is the perfect accompaniment to Italian savoury dishes: bruschetta, tomato and basil tart, beef carpaccio with pistou and parmesan.
