Mercier (hentet 2. nov. 2026): Mercier Vintage 2010 The 2010 Vintage belongs to the exclusive “Vendanges Mercier” range, which testifies to the Maison's viticultural journey each year. The 2010 offers an energetic and radiant structure. TASTING NOTE Mercier 2010 is a creamy and gourmet cuvée. COLOUR It is distinguished by its white gold colour with yellow highlights. NOSE A floral and lively bouquet with notes of candied fruit, pears and oranges. PALATE On the palate, the wine is initially very creamy with hints of praline and sweet treats. The dominant aromas of pear, grapefruit and bergamot then take over to finish on a subtly tangy note. FOOD & CHAMPAGNE PAIRING MAIN A pairing of seafood risotto with olive oil is an excellent option for this cuvée. GRAPE VARIETIES 55% Chardonnay 30% Pinot Noir 15% Meunier
