The 2012 vintage, despite winter and spring frosts, torrential rain, a cold snap at flowering, scald in August and water stress at the end, is a fabulous vintage, probably one of the best of the decade. Exceptional Chardonnays, generous Pinot Noirs and top quality Meuniers. The 2012 vintage has all the required qualities: freshness, structure and ageing potential. Cuvée des Moines Millésime 2012 allows the cellar master to intervene as lightly as possible, based on malic restraint and work on lees.
