Il Borro (hentet 11. okt. 2026): IGT Toscana 2022 Pian di Nova, a full-bodied wine whose elegance and silkiness never disappoint, is a dynamic blend that perfectly combines the spice of Syrah with the fruit of Sangiovese. Årgangen: The 2022 vintage was marked by a dry and warm climate, mitigated by abundant rainfall in August and September which, however, did not hinder the harvest operations. The weather conditions primarily influenced yields, while the resulting wines were expressive and possessed intense aromas. Smagsnote (teknisk ark Pian-di-Nova2022-scheda-eng.pdf): Profil: a vibrant, all-round wine. Farve: a vivid ruby red. Aroma: it has a strong aroma, with floreal notes and nuances of red fruits and a spicy finish. Smag: in the mouth it’s velvety and captivating, with tannins that are always present but never invasive, and a good freshness. Mad: it pairs perfectly with the dishes of the Tuscan tradition, but it goes well also with the spicier dishes typical of oriental cuisine.
